JOB TITLE: Sr. Associate, Product Management – Card Recoveries Platform
The Sr. Associate, Product Management – Card Recoveries Platform joins the US Card Recoveries team to deliver the next generation of the Recoveries platform. This role focuses on modernizing existing processes by leveraging automation to increase efficiency and improve performance. You will partner with cross-functional groups across operations, business analysis, and tech to define destination-state architecture and experience for internal customers. Key responsibilities include building comprehensive acceptance criteria, breaking down business epics into user stories, and owning feature development roadmaps. You will utilize agile delivery, data science, and software engineering principles to solve business problems. The role requires translating business strategy into digital products while managing risk and identifying technology trends to improve recovery rates and customer credit paths.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 1 year of product management experience or 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred).
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
