What you'll do

Modernize existing recovery processes by leveraging automation to increase operational efficiency and performance.
Define destination-state architecture and user experiences for internal customers in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Break down business epics into specific features and user stories to drive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
Develop comprehensive acceptance criteria and conduct research to define future feature designs.
Own and prioritize product roadmaps while ensuring all risk management procedures are followed.
Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to ensure features meet specific business needs.
Collaborate with designers, technologists, and data scientists to build cutting-edge solutions for customers.
Communicate complex product roadmaps and technical requirements clearly to various internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have a bachelor's degree or military experience.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a product owner in an agile development process with cross-functional teams.
