Sr. Associate, Product Management – Card Recoveries Platform joins the US Card Recoveries team to develop the next generation of the platform supporting a major recovery business. The role focuses on modernizing existing processes through automation to increase efficiency and improve performance for internal customers. You will define destination-state architecture, break down business epics into features and user stories, and manage product roadmaps in an agile environment. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, technologists, and data scientists to build high-performing solutions. The role requires skills in product design, business analysis, data science, or software engineering to translate strategy into digital products. This position addresses the specific challenge of improving recovery rates and accelerating new product launches while navigating complex technical architecture to enhance the customer path back to credit.
Modernize existing recovery processes by leveraging automation to increase operational efficiency and performance.
Define destination-state architecture and user experiences for internal customers in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Break down business epics into specific features and user stories to drive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
Own and prioritize the product roadmap while ensuring all risk management procedures are followed.
Use hypothesis-driven data analysis to ensure new features meet specific business needs.
Collaborate with designers, technologists, and data scientists to build cutting-edge solutions using emerging technologies.
Communicate complex product roadmaps and technical requirements clearly to various internal stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred).
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
