Senior Associate IT Generalist

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and update disaster recovery plans and supporting documentation.
• Review and test disaster recovery plans to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate disaster recovery drills, simulations, and activities while documenting lessons learned.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery runbooks, playbooks, and incident-response procedures.
• Apply project management practices to move disaster recovery initiatives and customer implementations forward.
• Coordinate external customer connectivity requirements with customers and internal technology teams.
• Facilitate customer engineering discussions and coordinate technical follow-up.
• Track work, requirements, issues, and project activities using Jira and ServiceNow.

What we're looking for

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience that includes hands-on disaster recovery or business continuity work.
• Experience applying project management practices to disaster recovery initiatives and customer implementations.
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience, including coordinating customer requirements with technical teams.
• Working knowledge of data processing and computer/IT environments.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting disaster recovery plans and documentation.
• Experience participating in or coordinating disaster recovery testing, exercises, or simulations.
• Experience using Jira and ServiceNow.
