What you'll do

Provide enterprise systems administration, configuration management, and software packaging for secure program areas.
Install, upgrade, and patch Windows and Linux applications and operating systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain software applications, hardware, and infrastructure.
Automate MS Windows client installations using scripting languages like PowerShell, batch, and VBScript.
Configure and maintain Commvault software for system backups and data management.
Manage Microsoft Security, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Active Directory.
Provision and configure new physical desktops and perform desktop imaging.
Handle ServiceNow incidents and requests while maintaining standard operating procedures.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree with experience, a Graduate degree with experience, or experience without a degree.
Must have 1-2 years of experience with complex troubleshooting for Windows client and/or server systems.
Must be able to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
Must be a US citizen to be eligible for a security clearance.
Must be proficient in Linux Administration (Red Hat).
Must have skills in scripting languages including PowerShell, batch, and VBScript.
Must be able to perform Microsoft Security, GPO, and Active Directory management.
Security+ or higher certification or ability to attain one within 6 months of hire (preferred).
