What you'll do

  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Linux systems and NetApp storage units in secure program areas.
  • Install and manage engineering software tools while ensuring system reliability and data integrity.
  • Implement routine system updates, patches, and vulnerability remediations to maintain industry compliance.
  • Monitor system health to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and tools for deployment automation to increase operational efficiency.
  • Communicate complex technical issues and strategies to management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead local IT projects and deliver tailored technical solutions based on engineering requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 4 years of related experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
  • Four years of Linux and/or NetApp systems administration experience.
  • Current/active TS/SCI security clearance and CI Polygraph.
  • CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or any DoD 8570 IAT level I or higher approved certification.
  • Ability to support overtime as needed and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to support up to 20% offsite travel.
  • Experience with Nessus Security Center, Cisco/Ariba Network, Windows DFS, Active Directory, or Commvault (preferred).
  • U.S. citizens.
