What you'll do

Provide end-user desktop support for systems and applications locally and across the classified WAN.
Perform routine system updates, patching, and hardening to maintain security compliance.
Partner with program engineering teams to deliver IT solutions aligned with specific program requirements.
Communicate technical issues, risks, and recommendations to management and non-technical stakeholders.
Administer and support classified Windows desktop systems and essential applications.
Manage network protocols and security best practices to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
Coordinate IT projects and provide software support to meet operational schedules.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of related experience, a Graduate Degree and 0 to 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience without a degree.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, networking protocols, PowerShell, and security best practices.
Current active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.
Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8/9, CentOS, and Ubuntu (preferred).
Experience administering VMware or comparable virtualization platforms (preferred).
Experience working with Commvault or similar backup and recovery solutions (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
