Senior Analysts, IT Quality Assurance

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation systems and tools for development and test engineers.
• Analyze code coverage using industry standard tools like SonarQube.
• Oversee the integration of automated tests into the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
• Design and author test cases for unit, functional, performance, scalability, and durability testing.
• Manage and groom automated and manual test suites to balance coverage and feedback cycles.
• Provide automated test data through repeatable processes for all phases of the delivery process.
• Lead defect management and coordinate with Dev and Ops teams to meet quality thresholds.
• Provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and implement automation standards for other SDETs.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Tosca, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for RESTful services, APIs, and UI testing.
• Script using Java, Python, and Powershell to integrate with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Execute system integration, user acceptance, regression, and data integrity testing using Tosca DI ETL and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies using tools such as JIRA, qTest, TestRail, Tableau, or PowerBi.
• Provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and lead test activities including requirements gathering and defect management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
