Senior Analysts, IT Quality Assurance

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for RESTful services, APIs, and UI testing using Java, Python, and PowerShell.
• Integrate automated tests into Continuous Delivery pipelines to streamline regression and integration testing.
• Design and author test cases for unit, functional, performance, scalability, and durability testing.
• Manage and groom manual and automated test suites to balance coverage with fast feedback cycles.
• Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and code reviews to other SDETs and team members.
• Lead defect management and coordinate with Dev and Ops teams to ensure quality thresholds are met.
• Translate business requirements into testable components and provide effort estimates for user stories.
• Contribute to the Test Community of Practice to evolve testing standards and tools.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Tosca, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for RESTful services, APIs, and UI testing.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and PowerShell scripting to integrate with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to perform system integration, user acceptance, regression, and data integrity testing using Tosca DI ETL and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Experience applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies while utilizing tools such as JIRA, qTest, TestRail, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Proven ability to provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and lead defect management for SDET teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age.
