Senior Analyst, Technology Engineer

What you'll do

• Resolve technical issues and provide production support for cloud and infrastructure platforms.
• Transition legacy systems to a CDK-centric approach within specific application accounts.
• Manage security initiatives involving IAM roles and KMS keys.
• Execute capacity planning, tracking requirements, and implementing hardware or software upgrades.
• Perform proactive system maintenance, including disaster recovery planning and data backup management.
• Conduct root cause analysis and manage incidents, changes, and releases for technology products.
• Educate internal development teams on cloud tools and self-service capabilities.
• Oversee technical labs and development environments to ensure operational standards are met.

What we're looking for

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant technology certifications or designations such as AWS, Azure, scripting, development languages, delivery methods, and security (preferred).
• Two or more years of experience developing and implementing integrated solutions.
• Experience testing and debugging integrated solutions.
• Understanding of system management processes and tools.
• Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and package solutions.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of the Accelerated Solutions Delivery framework.
• Information Security acumen and ability to influence, negotiate, and set priorities.
• Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry (preferred).
