The Sr Analyst, Technology Engineer joins the Cloud Success Team to serve as an educator and enablement partner. You must communicate technical concepts clearly to internal customers while maintaining hardware and software currency to support a secure, self-service cloud environment.

What you'll do

Execute all aspects of capacity management including tracking requirements and posture.
Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Implement capacity enhancements and remediate issues based on report analysis.
Manage technology migrations, optimizations, and environmental planning.
Conduct proactive system maintenance, disaster recovery planning, and data backups.
Execute production engineering processes including incident, change, and release management.
Provide production support and oversight for technical labs and development environments.
Transition teams from legacy models to a CDK-centric approach.

What we're looking for

Must have two or more years of experience developing and implementing integrated solutions.
Must have experience in testing and debugging integrated solutions.
Must understand system management processes and tools.
Must understand IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and package solutions.
Must possess strong communication skills and knowledge of the Accelerated Solutions Delivery framework.
Must have Information Security acumen and the ability to influence, negotiate, and set priorities.
Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field (preferred).
Technology certifications in areas like AWS, Azure, scripting, or security (preferred).
