Senior AI/Python Engineer

What you'll do

• Architect, construct, and maintain scalable backend systems to power machine learning initiatives.
• Design and deploy robust, enterprise-grade pipelines to integrate data science models into core applications.
• Act as a technical bridge between data scientists, front-end engineers, and business leaders.
• Lead the end-to-end system change lifecycle from requirements gathering and scoping to deployment and support.
• Mentor and develop emerging talent in best practices for building scalable and resilient systems.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders.
• Execute advanced data mining and analytical procedures to optimize operational processes and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure all machine learning systems comply with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate risk policies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience implementing data-intensive, large-scale ML solutions with technical leadership and agile methodologies.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebook scripting.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks including Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, RAGAs, DsPy, and Large Language Models.
• Experience with MLOps platforms such as MLFlow, Dagster, and Google Cloud Vertex AI.
• Proficiency in database management systems including Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with infrastructure tools including CI/CD (UDeploy, Harness, Tekton, Jenkins), Docker, OpenShift, and Amazon ECS.
• Experience with data engineering technologies such as Kafka, Sqoop, PySpark, Hive, Hadoop, HDFS, Avro, Parquet, Iceberg, FastAPI, Flask, and NGINX.
