Digital Software Engineer Lead Analyst, VP

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement sophisticated AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions including assistant tools.
• Architect end-to-end AI systems using Python for machine learning workflows and Java for enterprise-grade backend services.
• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using parameter-efficient techniques and full fine-tuning methods.
• Implement advanced generative AI techniques such as prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Manage the deployment pipeline for AI models using CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms.
• Design efficient data storage and management strategies using SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, architectural patterns, and tooling standards for full-stack AI development.
• Mentor junior engineers on Python, Java, cloud technologies, and CI/CD best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and full-stack AI solutions.
• Expert proficiency in Python for AI/ML development including data manipulation and machine learning frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Java for building scalable enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Extensive experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and NLP techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database technologies for data storage and management.
