Senior AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Build autonomous systems that use LLMs/Reasoning models to perform multi-step tasks and tool usage.
• Develop calibration scoring and guardrails to ensure accuracy for AI agents.
• Design, implement, and operationalize distributed data flows for batch and real-time processing.
• Prototype solutions using state-of-the-art GenAI technologies to improve architecture and platforms.
• Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Implement complex memory systems including vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate external APIs as agent tools with robust error handling for malformed outputs.
• Execute the cloud adoption and engineering roadmap to ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 6 years of experience building GenAI solutions and orchestrating agent systems at scale.
• Mastery of agent orchestration frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Microsoft's AutoGen.
• Deep expertise in LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Ability to implement complex memory systems using vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Proficiency in integrating external APIs as agent tools with robust error handling for malformed outputs.
• Expert-level Python skills are mandatory for the role.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployment of scalable architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across global teams and peer divisions.
