JOB TITLE: Sr. Applied AI Engineer The Sr. Applied AI Engineer joins the GTM Agentic AI Operations team to drive efficiency in sales operations by building scalable, robust AI agents and workflows. You will partner with sales operations, campaign specialists, and data engineers to solve bottlenecks and streamline the sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include building, tuning, and refining AI agents, implementing prompt strategies, researching API/MCP integrations, and performing last-mile data transformations. You will utilize Python, SQL, and Databricks alongside LLM stacks like OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini. Technical requirements include experience with RAG pipelines using Vector Databases like Pinecone, as well as orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or LangChain. This role solves the business problem of compressing planning cycles and automating manual tasks for the Digital Media business.

What you'll do

  • Build, tune, and refine AI agents to digitize and streamline sales operational tasks.
  • Implement and improve AI prompts and context to ensure high-quality, efficient model outputs.
  • Research, curate, and implement API and MCP integrations.
  • Build orchestrated workflows across multiple AI agents.
  • Apply last-mile data transformations to integrate source data with AI agents.
  • Maintain logic documentation, monitor performance, and realign agents to changing requirements.

What we're looking for

  • BS/Advanced degree in quantitative fields like Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Business Analytics, Math/Statistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in applied AI engineering or a related role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agentic development or with a combination of context and timely engineering.
  • Expert-level Python proficiency with emphasis on modular, object-oriented code, strict typing, and rigorous unit/integration testing for production.
  • Experience building real-time interactive agents and batch agentic workflow processes in production.
  • Applied experience with multiple LLM stacks/frameworks and agent orchestration systems like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangChain.
  • Demonstrated comfort with timely composition strategies and context window optimization to ensure high-quality LLM outputs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), REST APIs, containerization (Docker, K8s), Vector Databases, Databricks, and SQL.
