Senior AI Solution Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement intelligent HR workflows and virtual agents using Moveworks, ServiceNow, and Workday Extend.
• Build and deploy AI applications using LLMs, agentic AI, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Develop conversational AI solutions for HR use cases like policy questions, onboarding, and employee support.
• Create integrations, APIs, microservices, and reusable components across HR and enterprise systems.
• Configure and optimize business rules and data models within ServiceNow and Workday to ensure scalability.
• Analyze usage metrics and user feedback to optimize automation logic and NLP accuracy.
• Develop robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline HR processes and operations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI solution development, automation engineering, or platform configuration.
• Experience with at least one agentic AI platform (Moveworks, ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Workday Extend) or an RPA platform like UiPath.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, or prompt engineering.
• Programming experience using Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, or middleware.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen (preferred).
• Work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
