Senior AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Build and train machine learning and deep learning models using structured and unstructured datasets.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models such as LLMs, vision transformers, and object detection for specific tasks.
• Design scalable training pipelines with a focus on reproducibility and efficiency.
• Perform hyperparameter optimization, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
• Monitor training processes to identify and resolve issues like overfitting, underfitting, or bias.
• Integrate state-of-the-art research techniques into existing training workflows.
• Document models, training strategies, and experiments for internal knowledge sharing and compliance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 2+ years of experience, a Master's with 1+ year, or a PhD.
• At least 2 years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Experience training machine learning models using frameworks like PyTorch, onnxruntime, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries including scikit-learn and NumPy.
• Knowledge of training best practices such as dataset management, batching, checkpointing, and loss functions.
• Experience with GPU/TPU-based training environments and distributed training frameworks.
• Experience training large-scale models like LLMs or multimodal models using cloud-based ML platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and model versioning.
