What you'll do

Define, trace, and maintain test process requirements.
Create and maintain test procedures for production use.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve test yield.
Create product-related technical information to support manufacturing operations.
Manage projects related to test engineering development.
Provide technical test consultation to internal organizations, contract manufacturers, and customers.
Evaluate contract manufacturers' capabilities to provide required products or services.
Support the manufacturing floor to resolve production issues.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong written and verbal communication, leadership ability, and a positive attitude (preferred).
Experience interpreting SOW and customer specifications (preferred).
Broad knowledge of engineering domains such as electrical, RF, software, or hardware (preferred).
