What you'll do

Define, trace, and maintain test process requirements.
Create and maintain technical test procedures.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve test yield.
Develop product-related technical information to support manufacturing operations.
Manage the transition of products from the design phase to production.
Provide technical test consultation to internal organizations, contract manufacturers, and customers.
Evaluate contract manufacturer capabilities to ensure they can provide required products or services.
Support the manufacturing floor to resolve immediate production issues.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Strong written and verbal communication, leadership ability, and positive attitude (preferred).
Experience interpreting SOW and customer specifications (preferred).
Broad knowledge of engineering domains such as electrical, RF, software, or hardware (preferred).
