What you'll do

Coordinate engineering, integration, and test activities across all program phases.
Review and validate system requirements, test procedures, and verification methods.
Perform system-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
Serve as Cost Account Manager for assigned engineering or integration work packages.
Monitor and report cost performance using Earned Value Management System metrics.
Interface with the Program Management Office to support planning, procurement, and execution.
Oversee the preparation of technical reports, status updates, and program documentation.
Manage resource allocation and scheduling across concurrent technical activities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field with 4 years of experience.
Master’s degree in a related technical field with 2 years of experience.
Active Secret security clearance.
Broad understanding of complex systems design, integration, and verification (preferred).
Experience supporting system test, validation, or qualification activities in a technical environment (preferred).
Experience working with prime contractors and government customers (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical presentations (preferred).
U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain.
