What you'll do

Translate end-user and customer needs into implementable and verifiable systems requirements.
Perform core systems engineering tasks including trade studies, requirements management, and design reviews.
Generate verifiable product-level requirements from high-level system requirements.
Support and drive the development of complex system designs and service delivery.
Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design, and implementation plans.
Develop and deliver test plans, procedures, and test cases.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to support the development of other employees.
Deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering field and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Active Secret security clearance.
Knowledge of Link 16 (preferred).
Knowledge of Test Equipment including O-Scopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, and Signal Generators (preferred).
Experience with RF Chain Analysis, MBSE, or designing Test Fixtures and Interface Test Adapters (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
