Specialist, Systems Engineer - ILS Engineer

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate all logistics elements to ensure program requirements are identified and met.
• Develop and review critical documentation including ILSPs, LCCAs, LORAs, and maintenance task analyses.
• Conduct technical assessments such as supportability analysis, spare parts range, and DMSMS risk assessments.
• Analyze system lifecycle costs while planning for obsolescence, upgrades, and disposal.
• Utilize specialized ILS tools and software to track logistics data and generate performance reports.
• Integrate logistics considerations into system designs by collaborating with project and design engineers.
• Define support and maintenance requirements at organizational, intermediate, and depot levels for electronic equipment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, a Graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience defining support and maintenance requirements at the organizational, intermediate, and depot level for electronic equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for off-site meetings.
• Current security clearance or ability to obtain one (must be a U.S. citizen).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Logistics Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Product Support Analysis, LSA, GEIA-STD-0007, or MIL-STD-1388-2B (preferred).
• Proficiency with LSA software, analysis tools like Compass and CASA, AI tools, EVMS techniques, and cost account management (preferred).
