This role requires a minimum Secret-level clearance, with TS/SCI preferred, and involves extensive hands-on participation in developing specialized tools and prototypes for both technology development and customer operations initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement integrated logistics support (ILS) strategies for mechanical and structural systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with military and commercial requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of ILS elements such as supply support, maintenance planning, and reliability.
  • Design and construct hardware prototypes and proof-of-concept mock-ups for engineering projects.
  • Provide technical expertise in logistics, sustainment, and support infrastructure planning.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, or Engineering plus 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus 3 years.
  • Fully proficient knowledge of Acquisition and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) concepts and practices.
  • Strong understanding of ILS elements and their interaction across a program.
  • Knowledge of military/commercial requirements and specifications.
  • Minimum Secret-level clearance required, TS/SCI with polygraph preferred.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and support multi-disciplined teams.
  • Proven conflict management skills and strong leadership abilities.
