What you'll do

Manage system requirements and traceability using JAMA and DOORS tools.
Perform functional analysis and trade studies to translate customer needs into hardware and software specifications.
Lead design synthesis and generate technical specifications, interface control documents, and test plans.
Oversee hardware integration, build activities, and structured test execution.
Conduct verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with system requirements.
Perform risk, reliability, and supportability assessments for weapon system subsystems.
Develop and deliver technical presentations to communicate design status to internal and external customers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, RF, Computer, or Systems Engineering with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain a required security clearance.
Strong written and oral communication skills and formal presentation skills.
Skilled in JAMA, DOORS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio (preferred).
Experience in product development, preferably in a military application environment (preferred).
Experience with reliability, safety, risk, and system performance analysis (preferred).
