What you'll do

Manage and track system requirements using JAMA and DOORS tools.
Translate customer requirements into detailed hardware and software specifications through functional analysis and trade studies.
Develop technical documentation including interface control documents, test plans, and verification cross-reference matrices.
Perform risk, supportability, and performance analyses to balance technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Oversee hardware integration activities and manage the lifecycle of subsystem designs from proposal to retirement.
Execute structured test plans and document results to ensure compliance with specifications.
Deliver formal presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering and minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain the required security clearance.
Strong written and oral communication skills and formal presentation skills.
Proficiency in JAMA, DOORS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio (preferred).
Experience in product development, preferably in a military application environment (preferred).
Experience with reliability, safety, risk, system performance analysis, or model-based systems engineering (preferred).
