What you'll do

Configure and patch U-boot and Linux for embedded systems.
Configure the root file system and Linux device trees for embedded systems.
Manage the Linux boot process on embedded hardware.
Develop and maintain BASH scripts for system tasks.
Design and implement software for embedded devices from requirements to production using C and C++.
Develop operating system configurations and add features to current designs.
Debug hardware and develop Linux kernel/device drivers.
Document third-party and open-source software licenses.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
DoD SECRET security clearance or be qualified to obtain one.
Experience in embedded real-time software development, including boot code, RTOS, and platform integration.
Proficiency in configuring and patching U-boot, Linux, device trees, and root file systems for embedded systems.
Proficiency in BASH scripting.
U.S. citizens.
