What you'll do

Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning to mature platform capabilities.
Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on architecture standards, integration methodologies, and environment management.
Solve complex implementation issues and negotiate technical solutions with internal teams and third-party providers.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews of test automation solutions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Lead the architecture and implementation of reusable test automation frameworks and accelerators.
Drive the design and execution of data deployment solutions while establishing operational standards.
Accelerate test automation adoption through focused enablement initiatives and strategic engagement.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
2 years of experience in the job offered or in a software-related occupation.
2 years of experience implementing and leading Salesforce solutions.
2 years of experience with Copado DevOps, including pipeline design and deployment automations.
2 years of experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for designing, developing, and maintaining automation suites.
2 years of experience with Agile frameworks and object-oriented programming principles with Apex.
2 years of experience with test management and defect tracking tools including Zephyr and ALM.
2 years of experience building or integrating automation reporting and analytics, and GenAI tools or intelligent test automation platforms.
