What you'll do

Execute multiple phases of pressurant and propellant component production for rocket engine systems.
Translate engineering and scientific concepts from preliminary ideas through the full product life cycle.
Manage supplier integration to ensure requirements are met on time and within budget.
Coordinate technical, schedule, and cost solutions with internal teams and external partners.
Analyze and verify product designs for adequacy, reliability, and performance.
Resolve hardware and process anomalies identified by corrective action boards or safety initiatives.
Author and refine specifications, trade studies, design concepts, and component-level test plans.
Implement improvements to systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, a graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or no degree and 8 years of experience are required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Word) is preferred.
Experience interpreting engineering technical drawings and knowledge of GD&T symbology and application is preferred.
Knowledge of general production systems, methods, and lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of Project Engineering is preferred.
Experience in the defense industry with an existing clearance is preferred.
