What you'll do

Coordinate propulsion program tasks and manage technical progress, risk, schedule, and cost.
Implement design and analysis tasks while overseeing special studies and experiments.
Coordinate ballistic, thermal, and structural analyses for rocket motor development.
Perform post-test examinations, data analysis, and reporting to support the program lead.
Resolve technical issues by interfacing with customers and internal functional organizations.
Provide technical consultation for business development activities, including writing white papers and presenting briefings.
Lead problem investigations and resolution across various functional areas.
Manage engineering Cost Account Management (CAM) duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Ability to obtain a US Secret Security clearance.
Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of project engineering experience.
Graduate degree and at least 2 years of project engineering experience.
At least 8 years of project engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Knowledge of pertinent codes, rules, and regulations related to engineering assignments (preferred).
Proficiency with engineering test equipment, CAD, and various office/engineering software applications (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
