Specialist, Integration and Test Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide system-level integration and test engineering support for space hardware and spacecraft subsystems.
• Automate functional, qualification, and production environmental testing for space payloads and vehicles.
• Develop and deploy Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) for integration and test execution.
• Create and maintain test documentation including requirements, designs, plans, procedures, and reports.
• Perform checkout, selloff, and troubleshooting for EGSE and Unit Under Test (UUT) across the system lifecycle.
• Analyze test data to identify anomalies and drive root cause and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support system verification and validation activities from initial design through manufacturing and delivery.
• Interface with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure test readiness and successful execution.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and minimum 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Experience with system integration and test (SI&T) in space, aerospace, defense, or complex mission-critical environments.
• Experience with NI tools such as LabVIEW and/or TestStand (preferred).
• Experience testing space-qualified, aerospace, or military hardware (preferred).
• Experience with system requirements analysis, testability, verification planning, and hardware/software integration (preferred).
• Experience with DOORS or similar requirements management tools (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
