Specialist, Integration and Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Execute assembly, integration, and test tasks for satellites according to customer requirements and company processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed satellite system integration and test plans while coordinating necessary resources.
• Analyze engineering drawings and part lists to generate clear assembly documentation for shop floor personnel.
• Review and analyze telemetry and test data to verify spacecraft functionality and resolve test anomalies.
• Support the development of Master Schedule milestones and provide status updates to program leadership.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling for new or existing product lines.
• Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) processes to improve product reliability and quality.
• Consult with cross-functional teams on design for manufacture and test (DFMA/DFMT) to minimize costs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience in implementing lean/six sigma techniques (preferred).
• Experience in integration of space vehicle to launch vehicle (preferred).
• Experience with MGSE and/or EGSE design for space vehicles (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
