Lead Integration and Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead a production team in executing assembly, integration, and test tasks for assigned space vehicle projects.
• Plan new programs by providing bottom-up estimates and developing detailed satellite system integration and test plans.
• Analyze engineering drawings to generate clear assembly documentation for shop floor personnel.
• Direct support personnel in daily execution of assembly tasks and oversee specific test phase processes.
• Review and analyze telemetry and test data to verify functionality and resolve any identified test anomalies.
• Design and develop manufacturing tools, engineering strategies, and systems to improve production efficiency.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedule milestones and provide regular status updates to program leadership.
• Support root cause and corrective action processes to improve product reliability and manufacturing quality.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience in implementing lean/six sigma techniques (preferred).
• Experience in integration of space vehicle to launch vehicle (preferred).
• Experience with MGSE and/or EGSE design for space vehicles (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
