Specialist, Electrical Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of advanced digital and mixed-signal hardware using electrical engineering principles.
• Support all hardware development phases including requirements analysis, architecture definition, schematic capture, and simulation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues at the component, board, module, payload, and system levels.
• Use laboratory instruments like oscilloscopes and signal generators to validate designs and investigate issues.
• Perform risk reduction and mitigation activities regarding obsolescence, cost, and producibility.
• Create, maintain, and deliver Intercommunication Systems products in coordination with software and systems engineers.
• Present technical material to program leadership, customers, and review boards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of prior related engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and development of advanced digital and mixed-signal hardware.
• Demonstrated experience in all phases of hardware development, including requirements analysis, architecture definition, schematic capture, and verification.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with ECAD and analysis tools including LTSpice and Siemens Xpedition (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
