Electrical Engineering Specialist

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of advanced digital and mixed-signal hardware using electrical engineering principles.
• Execute all phases of hardware development including requirements analysis, architecture definition, schematic capture, and simulation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues at the component, board, module, payload, and system levels.
• Use laboratory instruments like oscilloscopes and signal generators to validate designs and investigate technical issues.
• Manage risk reduction activities related to component obsolescence, cost, producibility, and long-lead materials.
• Create and maintain documentation for hardware design, manufacturing, integration, and verification processes.
• Present technical material to program leadership, customers, and review boards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field and at least 4 years of experience.
• Master's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least 8 years of engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and development of advanced digital and mixed-signal hardware.
• Experience in all phases of hardware development including requirements analysis, architecture, schematic capture, simulation, and verification.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with ECAD and analysis tools like LTSpice or Siemens Xpedition (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
