The Director, IS&T Business Process Reengineering - Supply Chain Planning and Optimization Platforms leads the Product Management and Engineering teams within the Sales and Operations Engineering group. Define the platform architecture, strategy, and product roadmaps for supply chain planning and optimization systems.
Build and operate systems for demand sensing, materials planning, inventory positioning, and production scheduling.
Manage a large portfolio of global engineering programs regarding funding, resourcing, and timelines.
Lead a global team of managers and individual contributors across multiple international locations.
Research and engage with external vendors to assess feasibility and fit within the product ecosystem.

What we're looking for
BA/BS Degree plus 15+ years of relevant experience.
15+ years of progressive experience with a minimum of 10+ years of senior leadership experience responsible for global supply chain systems transformation.
Broad expertise in all areas of supply chain planning and optimization systems, including industry trends, vendors, products, and services.
Deep expertise in researching, piloting, and applying advanced technologies like AI/ML to supply chain planning solutions.
Deep product and portfolio/project management experience to define long-term strategic roadmaps and execute at the tactical project level.
Strong background in defining enterprise technology and systems architecture for highly performant and scalable solutions.
Strong background in building and leading high-performing engineering teams to deliver complex, large-scale enterprise systems.
Master's degree in a technical field or an MBA (preferred).
