What you'll do

Deliver customized product demonstrations to educate customers on identity platform best practices.
Identify customer business challenges and align specific product solutions to meet those needs.
Answer technical and feature-related questions from customers, partners, and internal colleagues.
Plan and execute Proof of Concepts for complex use cases in collaboration with engineering teams.
Provide feedback to product management regarding necessary enhancements and new features.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows.
Act as a subject matter expert to lead the team on specific product solutions.

What we're looking for

You must have 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
You must have a strong understanding of IAM concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
You must have experience with lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and provisioning/deprovisioning.
You must have hands-on experience in web, mobile, backend development, or IP-based real-time communications.
You must be experienced with REST APIs, API Gateways, and SDKs.
You must have experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Vercel.
You must understand core security concerns including password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, and XSRF.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field is preferred.
