What you'll do

Take end-to-end ownership of feature areas from technical design through post-launch monitoring.
Design, build, and ship high-quality, production-ready features for the OIG system.
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while upholding high engineering standards.
Deliver high-quality bug fixes and resolve customer-reported issues quickly.
Architect and deliver large-scale, distributed systems that meet enterprise reliability and security requirements.
Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams to scope development and deployment work.
Drive technical alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders to influence product evolution.

What we're looking for

B.S. Computer Science or equivalent.
8+ years of software engineering experience independently owning and delivering complex features in production.
Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, distributed systems for enterprise customers.
Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and data modeling at scale.
Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, or equivalent JVM/cloud-native languages.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive technical alignment across multiple teams.
Experience designing systems for enterprise reliability, scalability, and security requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to make complex technical topics accessible.
Experience building identity, access management, or governance (IAM/IGA) products (preferred).
Familiarity with workflow engines or approval/routing systems (preferred).
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms serving large, complex customer organizations (preferred).
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern observability tooling (preferred).
