Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

What you'll do

• Assess customer data center environments to design tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners to stay current on product information.
• Provide technical education and product training to both internal sales teams and external customers.
• Manage the solution practice pipeline by developing strategies for top prospects and acquiring new business.
• Identify technology opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, and Services spaces.
• Act as a trusted IT advisor to engage with high-level client contacts like CIOs and CTOs.
• Translate complex technical features into clear business value for customers during solution presentations.

What we're looking for

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of data center technologies, including hybrid cloud, virtualization, and infrastructure solutions.
• Familiarity with hypervisors, containerization, software-defined data center (SDDC), and automation tools.
• Understanding of leading technology platforms such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, Pure Storage, AWS, Azure, VMware, and Nutanix.
• Knowledge of data protection, disaster recovery, and high availability concepts.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities and communicating technical value to customers.
• Advanced certification in one or more mainstream technologies (preferred).
