As a Solution Engineer - Data Security, you will join the team to drive data security across every stage of the development lifecycle. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through secure, scalable solution designs and influencing technical decisions to accelerate AI applications and agents into development workflows. Your daily responsibilities include driving technical sales through demos and PoCs, leading hands-on engagements like hackathons and architecture workshops, and resolving technical blockers. You will maintain a deep technical understanding of data security architectures, specifically utilizing Microsoft Purview. The role requires expertise in cloud and hybrid infrastructures, migrations, and industry standards. You will develop strategies to improve client data security postures and protect data within AI platforms and applications while representing the company in developer communities.

What you'll do

  • Drive technical sales by conducting demos and Proof of Concepts to influence solution design.
  • Lead hands-on engagements including hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshops.
  • Co-design secure and scalable architectures with developers and platform leads.
  • Resolve technical blockers and provide product feedback to the engineering team.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise in data security architectures and Microsoft Purview.
  • Develop strategies to improve client data security postures and shape technical win plans.
  • Represent the company through thought leadership in developer communities and customer forums.

What we're looking for

  • Must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 1+ year of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • Equivalent experience to the educational and experience requirements.
  • 6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid, on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and technology management (preferred).
  • Certification in relevant technologies such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, or Architecture (preferred).
