The Solution Architecture Advisor leads client-facing solution design for complex initiatives supporting a top strategic enterprise client. This role serves as a single point of accountability for translating business and technical needs into end-to-end digital banking solutions. You will own solution design across client and company architecture, identifying product and platform integration points while providing technical governance throughout delivery. Daily responsibilities include designing and documenting API integrations, system interactions, and technical workflows. You will produce architecture artifacts like solution diagrams and interface specifications to support development and testing. Key requirements include experience with application architecture, data flows, and enterprise integration technologies. The role specifically addresses the challenge of translating customer-facing digital bank capabilities into scalable solution architecture, integrations, and implementation requirements within a complex stakeholder environment.
Translate client business and technical needs into well-framed solution architecture and integration approaches.
Own end-to-end solution design across client and Fiserv architecture while providing technical governance throughout delivery.
Design and document API integrations, system interactions, and technical workflows for secure and reliable delivery.
Evaluate existing platforms and integration points to identify solution options and implementation risks.
Support Agile delivery teams by defining technical requirements and framing phased implementation approaches.
Produce architecture artifacts including solution diagrams, interface specifications, and integration documentation.
Act as the primary point of accountability for translating prioritized needs into implementation-ready direction.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in solution architecture, application architecture, or technical consulting supporting enterprise platforms, integrations, and client implementations.
Experience designing and delivering integration solutions using APIs, data flows, system designs, or similar enterprise integration technologies.
Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders to gather requirements and align solution decisions to business outcomes.
Experience documenting end-to-end technical solutions using architecture diagrams, interface definitions, workflow documentation, and related delivery artifacts.
Experience supporting digital banking product offerings and translating customer-facing capabilities into scalable solution architecture.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
Experience working in Agile environments, supporting digital banks, or with cloud-based architecture (preferred).
