What you'll do

Translate customer IT needs and future goals into technical architectures and design approaches.
Lead the Technical Direction Plan (TDP) to manage cloud migrations and modernize legacy systems.
Integrate advanced technologies into existing infrastructure to meet project requirements.
Mentor junior developers to help them grow into future solution architects.
Identify new business opportunities for growth within the digital solutions portfolio.
Design and deploy DoD-compliant implementations of PKI, DNS, DHCP, or NTP.
Manage architecture activities across multi-site operations while ensuring alignment with security frameworks.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience engineering, architecting, or integrating complex systems for Federal, DoD, or large-scale technical programs.
5+ years of experience leading solution design, architecture development, implementation planning, or security-informed system design.
Experience directing architecture activities across multi-site or multi-stakeholder projects aligned with mission priorities and security frameworks.
Experience designing and deploying DoD-compliant implementations of PKI, DNS, DHCP, or NTP.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, 802.1X, SD-WAN, and wireless RF design.
HS diploma or GED.
Experience with RF engineering, test procedures, Python, Ansible, Top Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree, or relevant certifications (preferred).
