What you'll do

Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures for complex software products.

Debug complex software issues through systematic testing and advanced quality practices.
Create and maintain structured test scenarios using Gherkin where applicable.
Analyze defect patterns and system behaviors to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, execution results, and quality metrics for traceability.
Lead and provide technical guidance on high-complexity testing projects and automation efforts.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality throughout the lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Significant experience in software quality assurance within a professional development environment.
Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, automated test design, and execution.
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Demonstrated ability to develop test strategies, analyze requirements, design test coverage, and drive defect resolution.
Experience working cross-functionally with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders on complex systems.
Preferred experience writing test scenarios in Gherkin.
Preferred experience with SmartBear TestComplete and developing automation scripts using Python.
