What we're looking for
4+ years of experience with software development in object-oriented and scripted languages such as JavaScript, C++, Perl, Python, and Ruby.
2+ years of experience leading teams on small to mid-size software development activities.
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, services, and Infrastructure-as-Code using CloudFormation.
Experience with Linux or Unix administration and scripting using languages such as Python or Bash.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience troubleshooting Docker-based distributed systems and improving reliability through automation and operations.
Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems with 4+ years of experience in application design and development, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
