The Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer joins the Workstation and Virtualization team to ensure product quality through rigorous testing and defect resolution. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of industry experience including at least 2 years in customer support or software/hardware testing.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments with expertise in virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi, Citrix Hypervisor, Microsoft Hyper-V, and KVM.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, C#, and C++.
Solid knowledge of PC architecture, supercomputers, and computer clusters including caches, buses, memory controllers, and DMA.
Experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs and servers while performing memory dump analysis and Windows performance tracing.
Knowledge of graphics technologies such as DirectX, OpenGL, WDDM, CUDA, and OpenCL.
Experience using Generative AI platforms or LLMs to develop tools powered by artificial intelligence.
