What you'll do

  • Build and own full-stack portal capabilities using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js or Python.
  • Design the data layer for versioned specifications, agent-run records, and audit trails using relational, document, graph, and vector storage.
  • Integrate AI agents and LLMs into the product using tool calling, agent orchestration, RAG, and MCP integrations.
  • Implement evaluations and guardrails to ensure trustworthy AI agent outputs.
  • Write specifications for AI agents and review or correct agent-generated code and tests.
  • Maintain engineering standards through code reviews, test-driven development, observability, and CI/CD on Kubernetes.
  • Mentor team engineers on technical best practices and AI-native development workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience shipping and operating full-stack production systems.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in React with TypeScript (Next.js) and Node.js/TypeScript or Python back ends.
  • Experience with API design, OAuth/OIDC authentication, and containerized deployment on Kubernetes.
  • Strong data modeling skills in PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and partitioning.
  • Experience shipping at least one production feature built on LLMs or AI agents.
  • Ability to work in a startup-style environment, shipping MVPs quickly and owning outcomes end to end.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience building developer platforms, SDLC/DevOps tooling, or LLM evaluation frameworks (preferred).
