What you'll do

Administer and maintain GitHub and other DevOps tools to ensure enterprise-wide reliability and scalability.
Build and maintain secure infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms using GitHub Actions.
Enable centralized access, monitoring, and governance for all DevOps tools across the organization.
Optimize system performance, cost efficiency, and reliability through proactive automation and enhancements.
Incorporate AI-powered automation tools to improve pipeline efficiency, incident response, and predictive analytics.
Develop custom actions using JavaScript and Docker to standardize workflows across the organization.
Manage self-hosted runners including deployment, scaling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for multiple operating systems.
Implement security protocols for secrets management, OKTA integration, and supply chain security.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale DevOps tools supporting CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in GitHub Actions workflow architecture, including complex pipeline design, job orchestration, and reusable workflows.
Experience in self-hosted runner management, including deployment, scaling, and performance tuning for Linux, Windows, and macOS.
Experience in GitHub Enterprise Server administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and resource planning.
Proficiency in security and secrets management, including OKTA integration and supply chain security.
Experience in enterprise governance, access controls, and compliance frameworks for DevOps tools.
Experience in storage and infrastructure configuration using S3, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
Ability to develop custom actions using JavaScript and Docker (preferred).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).
Practical experience leveraging AI-driven DevOps tools for automation and predictive analytics (preferred).
