JOB TITLE: Software Engineering MTS The Software Engineering MTS joins the team to build, test, and ship high-quality applications on the Salesforce Platform using a hybrid Dev + QA engineering model. You will design and implement scalable frameworks for web applications on desktop and mobile, utilizing object-oriented design patterns. Key responsibilities include creating test suites to achieve 100% coverage, developing automated tests in Java or Apex, and managing quality issues. You will leverage AI and GenAI tools for code review, test generation, and defect triage while building agent-powered features like Agentforce. Required skills include proficiency in Java, C, C++, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, SOQL, and SQL. You must demonstrate expertise in QE processes, web services, and data modeling to solve complex software delivery problems within a SaaS environment.

What you'll do

  • Build and design scalable web applications on the Salesforce platform using object-oriented design patterns.
  • Develop and implement automated unit and functional test suites in Java and/or Apex.
  • Create comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure 100% test coverage.
  • Use AI and GenAI tools to accelerate coding, code review, test generation, and defect triage.
  • Build AI-powered features on the Salesforce platform with a focus on secure and responsible AI use.
  • Diagnose, track, and manage quality issues through to resolution to meet customer expectations.
  • Evaluate and adopt AI-based test automation tools like self-healing tests to improve productivity.

What we're looking for

  • A related technical degree is required.
  • 3+ years of programming experience in Java, C, or C++ with a Master's degree, or 5+ years of experience without a Master's.
  • 2+ years of experience developing on the Force.com platform.
  • 2+ years of web development experience with server-side technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Practical experience using AI/GenAI tools in development or testing.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented design, design patterns, web services (SOAP, REST), and database modeling.
  • Expertise in query languages such as SOQL or SQL and mastery of QE processes.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce certifications (preferred).
