What we're looking for

You must have at least 10 years of experience in backend engineering.
You must have at least 5 years of experience in people management and hands-on technical leadership.
You must have advanced proficiency in Java or an equivalent programming language.
You must possess a strong understanding of application security principles, including secure API design and threat modeling.
You must have expertise in distributed systems, high-scale, and fault-tolerant design.
Experience building backend systems for retail, commerce, or consumer-facing technologies is preferred.
Strong executive communication and influencing skills are preferred.
Experience leading significant technology transformations and developing high-performing teams is preferred.
