What we're looking for

8+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack development expertise
4+ years of successful engineering management experience leading diverse teams of at least 8 engineers
Proven track record of adopting AI-assisted development practices while maintaining engineering rigor
Experience managing team budgets, headcount plans, and resource allocation for both FTEs and contractors
Deep knowledge in distributed systems design, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented architectures
Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages and experience with CI/CD practices
Demonstrated ability to engage senior leadership effectively and navigate complex cross-functional situations
