What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack development expertise
  • 4+ years of successful engineering management experience leading teams of at least 8 engineers
  • Proven track record in adopting AI-assisted development practices while maintaining engineering rigor
  • Experience managing team budgets, headcount plans, and resource allocation for both FTEs and contractors
  • Deep knowledge of distributed systems design, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented architectures
  • Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages and experience with CI/CD practices
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior leadership and navigate complex cross-functional situations
