What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
5+ years of hands-on Software Development Life Cycle experience.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java.
Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks at scale with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and agile methodologies like CI/CD and Application Resiliency.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and correctness.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows including data sensitivity and secure handling.
Experience with Golang or RUST (preferred); knowledge of financial services infrastructure (preferred).
