Software Engineering & Development, Vice President will join the Global Technology Services team within the Custody value stream to lead asset servicing application development and maintenance. What you'll do

Execute the technology strategy and roadmap for Core Custody aligned with business priorities and client needs.
Manage the development, execution, and modernization of a critical settlement application.
Ensure platform stability, operational resiliency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drive innovation by integrating AI capabilities, automation, and modern engineering practices into the application.
Oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions for the custody value stream.
Partner with product, risk, and business teams to enhance capabilities and support client growth.
Manage relationships and technical integrations with external settlement depositories and related vendors.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
10+ years of technology leadership experience, including significant experience within financial services.
Experience with institutional securities settlement.
Experience with MQ, Oracle, PL/SQL, Shell scripting, J2EE, and Java web development.
Expertise in modern application architectures, AI, public cloud technologies, DevOps, automation, and software engineering excellence.
Deep understanding of technology risk, cybersecurity, controls, and governance frameworks.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience operating effectively and managing across multiple geographies.
