What you'll do

Execute the technology strategy and roadmap for Securities Valuation aligned with business priorities and client needs.
Lead the engineering, delivery, and modernization of the securities valuation platform for fund accounting and NAV production.
Drive application architecture, platform simplification, cloud adoption, and technology lifecycle management across the portfolio.
Ensure platform stability, operational resiliency, service quality, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Establish engineering standards, DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement disciplines to accelerate delivery.
Drive the adoption of cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and AI capabilities across the application.
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global team across engineering, architecture, delivery, and technology operations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
15+ years of technology leadership experience, including significant experience within financial services.
Deep expertise building and operating highly resilient, cloud-native technology platforms.
Strong knowledge of modern application architectures, artificial intelligence, public cloud technologies, DevOps practices, automation, and software engineering excellence.
Strong domain expertise in Securities Valuation and NAV production.
Deep understanding of technology risk, cybersecurity, controls, and governance frameworks.
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience with the C programming language and Java.
