You will also manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices within AWS cloud services. The position solves complex business requirements by ensuring platform scalability, performance tuning, and governance within regulated enterprise environments, while mentoring globally distributed development and QA teams to maintain high engineering maturity.

What you'll do

  • Define and govern data and analytics architecture using Databricks, Python, Spark, and Oracle databases.
  • Lead the architecture and design of Java and Spring-based backend systems, APIs, and enterprise workflows.
  • Architect and guide the implementation of rule engines and complex business logic frameworks.
  • Drive performance tuning, data modeling, and optimization across databases and lakehouse platforms.
  • Provide architectural oversight for BI and reporting platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Establish architecture standards, reference designs, and technical blueprints aligned with enterprise security and governance.
  • Lead and mentor globally distributed development and QA teams on shared architecture standards and delivery practices.
  • Provide senior technical leadership during production issues, including root-cause analysis and remediation.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of overall IT experience, including senior architecture and technical leadership roles.
  • 20+ years of enterprise IT experience (required for Dev Lead and Architect role).
  • Experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Core, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
  • Proven experience designing and governing data platforms using Databricks, Python, Spark, and SQL.
  • Experience implementing rule engines and complex business logic frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and React.
  • Exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
